1. What is the minimum order quantity?

30 for digital printing

Sets of 25 for press printing

2. I like one of your cards that features three photos, but I only want to use one. Can I change that?

Yes. Just included that in your email when you place your order. We will gladly change any of our designs for you.

3. What if I want to change the colors or fonts of one of your designs?

We will change any of our designs to create a custom card just for you.

Yes. Simply email us at rockpapersistersco@yahoo.com and specify which card you like and what you want the wording to be for your particular occasion. 

5. Can I request changes to my proof?

Yes.

6. Will the colors on the printed card be exactly what I see on my computer monitor?

Every computer monitor can vary in terms of brightness, contrast, and even colors. That is why it is impossible to say that your cards will match exactly what you see on screen. However, we do our best to ensure the color we intended it to be is what you will see on your cards. 

7. What is your cancelation policy?

Once you have placed your order and requested a proof, you will be charged a $20 cancelation fee. This is to cover the time we spent creating your proof. 

8. What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay for your order, the payment is just processed through Paypal.
